Description
Twintex PCL 8kW (8000W) series programmable DC power supply is purpose-built for burn-in testing applications. Delivering 8kW of output power in a 3U rack chassis, it facilitates easy integration to form large-scale burn-in systems. With output voltage ranges spanning 30V to 800V (across multiple models), it meets the power supply requirements for burn-in testing of diverse devices, such as LED drivers, PV inverters, and EV components.
Equipped with RS232 and RS485 communication interfaces, the unit integrates seamlessly into centralized burn-in room monitoring systems, enabling real-time recording of voltage and current data for product yield traceability. Its low-ripple design ensures consistent burn-in conditions, preventing false assessments caused by ripple interference. The robust structural design supports continuous full-load operation for 24 hours, perfectly suiting the long-duration, high-intensity nature of burn-in testing.
Comprehensive built-in protection mechanisms—including OVP (Over-Voltage Protection), OTP (Over-Temperature Protection), ACF (AC Input Fault Protection), and output short-circuit current limiting—effectively mitigate risks during prolonged operation, ensuring the safe and stable functioning of the burn-in production line.
